Business Development Manager – Military – Germany


The Business Development Manager will focus on expanding Facet’s military market share, driving sales growth and prospecting new customers across the defense sector. This role involves the strategic expansion and optimization of equipment and spare parts sales for both military aviation and naval forces, leveraging NATO databases to identify opportunities. The manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders—including Navies, OEMs, and refineries—while developing and managing a robust distribution network.

Covering the full sales lifecycle, the candidate will oversee everything from initial quotation to commissioning and aftermarket services, under the supervision of the Refined Fuels Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, reporting on regional price levels, and analyzing competitor activity. The ideal candidate must possess strong negotiation skills within defined authority limits and be capable of monitoring project management in close coordination with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
