CPS 3.2E + EMB
These compact, space-saving units combine Facet’s traditional MPak® coalescing plates with the latest generation of ceramic membranes, enabling efficient separation of emulsified hydrocarbons from water to produce effluent with less than 5 ppm at a flow rate of 3.2 USGPM.
Tested, approved, and certified to meet IMO MEPC.107(49) requirements.

CPS 10B MKIII + EMB
Compact and efficient, these ceramic membrane bilge separators deliver <5 ppm effluent at 11 USGPM (2.5 m³/h).
Fully compliant and certified to IMO MEPC.107(49) standards, these pre-assembled units feature a plug-and-play design—complete with pumps, valves, and control panel—ensuring quick installation and minimal maintenance.

CPS B MKIII + EBM 14x
This space-saving bilge separator combines coalescing plates and ceramic membranes for efficient hydrocarbon removal, achieving under 5 ppm effluent. Automatic PLC-controlled operation with no moving parts (except pumps/valves). Pre-assembled with pumps and controls. Requires only occasional cleaning (no chemicals). Handles 0.5-10 m³/h (2.2-44 USGPM).

Compact, automatic bilge separator combining MPak® coalescing plates and ceramic membranes for two-stage hydrocarbon removal. Achieves effluent under 5 ppm with PLC-controlled operation. No moving parts (except pumps/valves), ready for installation. Minimal maintenance: occasional cleaning (no chemicals). Handles 3.2 USGPM (0.73 m³/h). Separated oil contains <5% water.
